CONSULTATION
Next, we will get to know each other over a coffee (or tea, with our compliments). Ideally, we recommend an in-person consultation at the project site. During this consultation we take the time to learn about how you wish to use the space, your family’s lifestyle, your personal style, and discuss your plans and aspirations. We'll ask a lot of questions, take notes and also take some measurements and a few photos of your space. This is an important stage to ensure that we understand all factors such as timeline, budget, and a scope of work. We will get back to you with a proposal outlining the scope of work, an estimated budget for the FF&E and our associated design fee.

CONCEPTUAL DESIGN PHASE
It exists to confirm your scope, layout, investment estimate and aesthetic direction.
We gather inspiration images and envision your home from every angle. We conduct a trade day to check feasibility and ballpark estimates. It usually takes 6-8 weeks before we present the concept designs to you, consisting of floor plans illustrating the proposed furniture layouts and any structural changes that may be required, examples of architectural detailing and joinery concepts, as well as the mood board containing samples of all proposed finishes, fabrics and materials. This is a fun stage where we welcome your collaboration and as much feedback as possible to make sure we are on the right track.

DETAILED DESIGN PHASE
Once all of the concept designs are approved, we move to the design development and detailed design stage. This stage also takes about 6 to 8 weeks for us to weave all the ingredients together for the final presentation: interior architecture and joinery drawings, final bespoke furnishings, lighting and window treatments, along with all final finishes, curated art and accessories. At this stage we will also present a fully itemized breakdown of costs within the agreed budget.

PURCHASING AND EXCECUTION
The schedule of works will be outlined and agreed based on the scope of the project and the contractor’s schedule.
We will process the orders, follow them up, schedule contractors, carpet installers, window treatments, etc.(whatever your space needs), coordinate logistics, track and schedule delivery, installation and resolve deficiencies if needed.
If the project requires a build or renovation, we offer project management. When all onsite requirements are met, work will begin and our project manager and/or designer will attend the project site regularly to ensure our designs are being executed to their exact specifications and that the project is progressing as planned. We will keep you updated throughout and try to keep the construction stage to minimum, allowing you to enjoy your property with a peace of mind.
